This Month at KHS: April 2014

At Karen Hardy Studios, London’s premier dance school experience, we always like to keep moving and throughout April there is plenty to keep us all on our toes.

KHDA Easter Holiday Dance Camp

Firstly and Strictly for kids only, we are hosting our Easter Holiday Camp. For Budding Brendan Coles and aspiring Aliona Vilanis this is the chance to learn to dance like the stars. Always popular among the youngsters, our holiday camps give children the perfect combination of having fun and learning exciting new skills.

Wedding First Dance Lessons

Also this month we will be very busy helping brides and grooms-to-be put their best foot forward.

Now, what can be more nerve-wracking for nearing newlyweds than knowing the night before your nuptials that you, near-novices, know nothing about your first dance? (deep breath). Believe it or not that was nearly the case for studio owners Karen and Conrad when they walked down the aisle 11 years ago. Luckily, of course, they are both extremely experienced dancers, and later this month we’ll share with you the hilarious moment when they realised they had absolutely nothing prepared for the baying crowd!

At Karen Hardy Studios, our teachers will give you everything you need to make magic through movement on your special wedding night and they’ll even help you pick a perfect ballad to promenade to, if you’re struggling to find one.

Dance for Fitness!

Now that we are full of the joys of spring our attention turns to scorching sunshine and sandy beaches, there’s no time like the present to have a look at our fitness dance options!
