Join us for our new Fit Steps class on Sunday mornings with Brian (in cooperation with The Dance Lab)! The course is an upbeat, energetic way for you to enjoy Ballroom and Latin styles of dance. No partner needed, you’ll be achieving fitness goals and results, and learning your favourite dance styles at the same time!!
